Tools for juggling timelines, managing priorities, and staying ahead in procurement cycles.
Day 3 – Price/Cost Analysis + Construction
Morning: Evaluate pricing, market conditions, and cost data
Afternoon: Explore construction procurement and alternate delivery methods
Day 4 – Contract & Project Management
Post-award success: contract oversight, risk mitigation, and performance monitoring
